**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Servicing Agent located in Guadalajara, JAL. The Client Servicing Agent will be responsible for client services, customer service, and account management on a daily basis.

- Client Services and Customer Service skills
- Client Relations and Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Support reporting needs related to delinquencies, partial payments,



and account statuses.
- Support clients with water payments and payment arraigament in case of delinquency.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in loan servicing systems.
- Conduct welcome call with homebuyers before their first payment.
