**This position centralizes efforts for the structured creation of efficient digital solutions, reducing manual and repetitive tasks, and making valuable contributions to processes within the company.**
**Core Responsibilities**:
- Translate client needs into practical and scalable digital solutions.
- Design and refine workflows for efficient solution development.
- Produce clear documentation and training materials for end users.
- Maintain detailed records of all implemented digital tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues to ensure smooth functionality.
- Collaborate with clients to enhance and upgrade existing systems.
- Continuously improving development processes for greater efficiency.
- Promote knowledge sharing by contributing proven practices within the team.
**Do you have what it takes?**:
- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI including DAX programming and the overall Power Platform
- Skilled in Python or visual basic programming, with a focus on automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization. SQL desirable.
- Effective and confident communication, collaboration and networking skills to build strong business relationships
- Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills with core ability to spot end-to-end perspectives and solutions
- Willing to travel, up to 10% annually
- SAP knowledge and/or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Licenses or certifications related to data analysis, Systems or apps to automate processes
