- Provide expert support in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT production issues

**What We Require**:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Support L1 and L2.
- 3+ years of experience, Proficiency **in Salesforce Marketing Cloud**:




- Advanced English skills
- Proactivity, teamwork, empathy, responsibility, and commitment
**Additional Requirements**:
- Reside in Monterrey, Guadalajara,Coahuila or Mexico City
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting within Mexico (Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, or Coahuila)

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00
