- Lead and manage a team responsible for the repair, analysis, and improvement of electronic products.
- Oversee the **installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems** across production equipment and repair stations.
- Analyze and resolve **test failures** and other performance issues, providing effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Improve and optimize **production processes** to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with production and quality departments to **increase yield rates and reduce defect rates**.
- Investigate and address **engineering and quality issues** reported by customers or identified within production.
- Provide technical leadership and training to engineering and production teams.
- Manage and verify **ECN/ECR processes**, ensuring successful integration of firmware and hardware changes into manufacturing.
- NUDD/DFX/PFMEA evaluation during the new product introduction (NPI) stage.
Experiência y requisitos
- ** Bachelor’s degree** in Mechanical Engineering,



Mechatronics, or a related field (required).
- ** Advanced English proficiency** - both written and spoken.
- ** Minimum 1 year of experience** in electronic product repair or a related technical role.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Windows OS installation and adjustment.
- NUDD/DFX/PFMEA evaluation during the new product introduction (NPI) stage.
- ECN/ECR implementation for hardware and firmware updates.
- Root cause analysis and resolution of testing and quality-related issues.
- Production process improvements for **efficiency and cost reduction**.
