**Job Summary**
The HR Generalist is responsible for performing a broad range of HR-related duties in support of various operational teams and departments. This role plays an active part in day-to-day HR operations including benefits platform management, employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment tracking, headcount reporting, HR improvement plans and initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
**Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain employee records and files; generate reports from HRIS and other HR systems.
- Support the implementation and administration of strategic HR plans and initiatives across departments.
- Assist in the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional service and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Participate in recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
- Support benefits platform management and onboarding processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Assist with processing employee terminations and offboarding activities.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment and other HR functions as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in English (Please submit your resume in English.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Experience working with HR teams (e.g., payroll, recruitment, compliance).
- Demonstrated ability to deliver effective and timely results.
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and responsiveness according to department standards.
