**We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER (3rd shift) to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.**
**You will be responsible for**:
- Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.
- Performs material tests.
- Studies the processes to implement improvements.
- Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
- Coordinates technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
- Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment and tools that meet manufacturing,
safety and environment requirements.
- Participates in saving and capital proyects
- Responsible of complying with finance metrics
- Responsible for evaluating and developing action plans for quality, safety, cost, service
and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Performs activities of process/product validation.
- Responsible of evaluating and providing feedback in a timely manner, in performance




and development plans for personnel in chargeResponsible for communicating business
related issues or opportunities to next management level

- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates
follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and

and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Performs other duties assigned as needed

**Requirements /**Education**:
- Engineering any specialty.
- Master of Science and/or Certification is recommended.
- From 4 to 6 years in a similar position preferably.
- Experience in medical industry preferably.
**Experience and Skills**Required**:
- Knowledge in good manufacturing practices and documentation preferably in the medical industry.
- Design of experiments
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools
- Management of statistical procedures.
- Knowledge of computational packages
- Oral communication skills; and written in Spanish
