We’re on the hunt for a creative, fast-moving **UX/UI Designer** in Guadalajara who’s ready to shape the user experience of a next-gen football product—something social, mobile, and full of data-powered moments that _matter_ to young players and their communities.

**The Mission You’re Joining**
You’ll be at the design frontlines of a product that’s going from zero to MVP fast. Think interactive experiences, gamified insights, mobile-first engagement, and user stories that need to **come alive visually and emotionally**.
This isn’t a support role—your work will shape _what gets built and why_. You’ll co-create with product managers, engineers, marketers, and sometimes even our users (scouts, coaches, and players from around the world).
**What You'll Do**
- Turn raw ideas and hypotheses into user-centered journeys that feel effortless and exciting.
- Design wireframes, flows, and storyboards that lead into interactive prototypes.
- Create clickables that simulate features and test assumptions (we validate before we build).
- Collaborate closely—1-2 days a week in person—with our Guadalajara-based product leaders.
- Design for **web and mobile**, ensuring responsive magic across platforms.
- Simplify data and video insights into intuitive visuals that scouts, players, and families can actually use.




- Help maintain and evolve our design system as we scale.
- Join product discovery calls with real users in US and beyond.
- Iterate fast, handle ambiguity, and thrive in a high-velocity, startup-style environment.
**What We're Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI for **digital products** (web + mobile).
- A strong portfolio that shows you can turn complex problems into elegant, human-centered solutions.
- You’ve worked on **dashboards, data-driven interfaces, or tools with visual complexity**.
- Experience with **storyboarding and clickable prototypes** for early concept testing.
- Proficiency in Figma (bonus if you know prototyping tools).
- You're comfortable presenting ideas and feedback loops with cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in **English**, both written and spoken. It’s how we work, think, and meet—every day.
- Experience in **startups or fast-paced environments** is a big plus.
- Bonus points if you love football—but we’re also open to gamers, storytellers, and builders of all kinds.
