Molex Guadalajara Sur is seeking a dedicated and proactive Sr. HR Generalist to join our team and be part of our continuous growth. This role is essential for providing quality support to our staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize human resources processes.
- Provide personalized attention to our employees, fostering an environment of open and effective communication.
- Evaluate and propose improvements to current processes based on analytical thinking.
- Handle terms and issues of labor relations, ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law and internal regulations.
- Work in a mixed schedule, with flexibility to cover evening shifts twice a week.
- Knowledge in payroll management and interpretation, ensuring compliance with ISR and other fiscal regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas.
- Experience in payroll and labor relations.




- Deep knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and labor regulations.
- Advanced English is a must
- Previous experience in various human resources areas, ideally in labor relations.
- Service attitude with a genuine desire for professional development.
- Strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, with effective communication, proactivity, and a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Ability to handle confidential information with maximum discretion.
