About the role
We are a Salesforce consulting company seeking a talented Senior Solution Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements, develop solutions, and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our Salesforce capabilities. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer success by providing expert guidance on Salesforce solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop Salesforce solutions




- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our Salesforce capabilities to customers
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, integration strategies, and implementation options
- Lead technical discussions with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Create proposals, technical documents, and statements of work to support the sales process
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure that customer requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and trends and make recommendations for their use
- Build strong relationships with customers and establish yourself as a trusted advisor on Salesforce solutions
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce presales or solution engineering
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
- Proven experience in delivering successful Salesforce presales engagements, including solution development and presentation delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills




- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and establish trust
