**Responsibilities**:
- Have communication with every carrier to provide accurate tracking information to the customer and to the appropriate internal departments. Advise appropriate personnel of any delays
- Track and trace shipments for customers to ensure on time, accurate, and satisfactory deliveries; provide updates as necessary
- Respond any incidents and collisions; coordinate with appropriate company resources to resolve problems; provide follow-up and reporting, as required
- Provide support to drivers on the road, help the logistics and communication channel to flow
- You will be responsible to cover the Logistics operations of one or two offices in USA, working with a remote team to improve our KPI´s with customers across the network
