**IT Coordinator**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with local departments and system owners in Germany for the **implementation of a new ERP system**:
- Collaborate with the German IT team and local IT service providers to **maintain and renew systems and network components**:
- Serve as the **first line of support (1st Level)** for all IT-related requests using our ticketing system
- **Escalate** and coordinate more complex issues with **2nd Level Support**:
- Oversee and coordinate the work of **local external IT service providers**:
- Conduct **IT security trainings** and promote awareness across departments
**Your Profile**:
- Relevant educational background in **IT or a related field**, with solid understanding of IT fundamentals
- Strong **interest in business processes** and the ability to translate user needs into IT solutions
- Fluent **English** skills (spoken and written) - essential for international communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
