**Requirements**:
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Guarantee the availability of raw materials and finished goods to meet production and sales needs
- Manage weekly production plans and collaborate with Purchasing, Commercial, and Operations
- Analyze demand trends and recommend inventory policies
- Oversee the S&OP; process and resolve forecast deviations
- Track key KPIs and continuously optimize our supply chain execution
- Support commercial launches, promotions, and unplanned order demands
- Adjust planning in response to capacity, supply, or demand changes
**About You**:
- 3+ years of experience in production or demand planning, or supply chain
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communicator and team collaborator
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel
- Bonus: knowledge of supply chain methodologies and a passion for sustainability
