As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team,** FieldCore** installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
**Job Summary**
The Learning and Development Professional will work closely with the regional Training and Development Managers to ensure the highest level of quality delivery in all integral Technical Training execution activities and events through adaptation of industry best practices and leveraging existing capabilities within FieldCore and our extended GE partners. The Learning and Development Professional will ensure all training courses have the necessary administrative support for enrollment and completion of training execution in support of the resource requirements.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:




- Support the regional Training and Development Managers to ensure that the correct learners are mobilized to the correct training at the correct timing in order to ensure highest levels of resource readiness.
- Directly support the regional Training and Development Managers to coordinate sourcing and logístical requirements for training events.
- Provide regional global Training Operations Director and regional Training and Development Managers with reports as required.
- Create and maintain event communications (i.e. agendas, surveys, welcome letters, newsletters)
- Submit requisitions through Ariba to support training and development.
- Track attendance records for all training executed in the region, and report accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Global Operations Team to ensure that the Learning Management System is properly updated to reflect current training and certification data.
- Maintain and order all necessary materials and supplies to support training events.
- Coordinate Sourcing for all training vendor requests.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure completion evidence from training is received in a timely manner and properly dispositioned.
- Serve as the point of contact for training vendors and liaison with the students.
- Serve as the point of contact for the students while they are participating in training events.
- Perform other duties as assign.




**Required Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative capacity, training delivery and/or resource
- Strong administrative, organizational and research skills required.

- 25% travel required
- English proficiency required, bilingual a plus.
