**Position - Sales Promoter Mexico**
We are looking for a passionate and creative **Sales Promoter** willing to work in an adaptive organization. The person will join our Sales Team in Mexico.
**What you will do**
- Conduct training sessions at distributors' points of sale, aiming to inform customers and end users about the features, benefits, and proper use of our products;
- Stimulate purchasing interest by answering questions and providing advice to distributors, construction companies, and end users regarding product usage;
- Inform and support salespeople about DAB products, developments, and innovations;
- Perform economic comparisons and analyze product characteristics between DAB's offerings and competitors, generating reports for the direct supervisor to help formulate sales strategies (focusing on key products such as e.syline, drainage, and swimming pool pumps);
- Assist distributors throughout the sales process, addressing any doubts or concerns;
- Foster customer loyalty through ongoing support and relationship-building.
**Who you are**
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical,



Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the pumps, water treatment, or products sold through similar distribution channels;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
- Proactive and dynamic approach with a strong focus on results;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities;
- Perseverance and determination in achieving goals;
- Customer-oriented and team player;
- Willingness to travel frequently.
