We are looking for an experienced **Customer Service Manager** to lead and optimize service strategies for key clients (small, medium, and large accounts). This strategic role will ensure service excellence, client satisfaction, and efficient commercial coordination.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Oversee end-to-end service for commercial clients
- Monitor service quality and propose improvement strategies
- Handle product issues, complaints, and returns
- Build lasting commercial agreements and manage quotations
- Supervise, train, and grow a service team
- Align with Sales for effective client management
**You Have**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin or similar
- 5+ years managing customer portfolios and service processes
- Strong leadership,



decision-making & conflict-resolution skills
- Fluent in **English and Spanish**:
- Experience working with KPIs, agendas, and customer follow-up
**Schedule**:
Mon-Fri 9:00 am to 5:00 pm | Sat 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
