**Responsibilities**:
- Design, implement, and maintain Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in developing and implementing data and AI strategies.
- Ensure the security of implemented solutions by following industry best practices and standards.
- Design scalable and resilient architectures that meet business needs.
- Implement DevOps and SRE practices to optimize development and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain Chaos Engineering practices to ensure system resilience.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform.
- Utilize Configuration as Code practices with Ansible and Packer to create immutable images in AWS and GCP.
- Design and optimize Jenkins pipelines to enhance existing solutions, following best practices in continuous integration and delivery.
- Ensure the adoption of development best practices, including the use of containers and APIs.
- Manage on-premise technologies, middleware, operating systems, storage, databases, networks, and load balancers.
- Develop and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to ensure system availability and performance.
- Automate processes using tools such as Ansible to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and lead automation solutions to streamline operations and improve system efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering,



or a related field.
- Proven experience in Machine Learning and Generative AI.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Solid knowledge in observability, security, system architecture, DevOps, and SRE practices.
- Experience leading teams and developing data and AI strategies.
- Knowledge of Chaos Engineering, Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, Pipeline as Code, and Security as Code practices.
- Familiarity with containers, APIs, on-premise technologies, middleware, operating systems, storage, databases, networks, and load balancers.
- Experience in monitoring, observability, and automation with tools such as Ansible.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Jenkins, Splunk, AppDynamics, Docker, Git, among others.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, including ethical considerations, bias mitigation, privacy, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Demonstrated experience leading migrations from on-premises to cloud environments, ensuring adherence to best practices, governance policies, and internal processes.
- Proven experience in Generative AI projects.
- Strong Design Thinking skills to develop user-centric solutions and drive innovation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
