Manufacturing engineer
**Responsibilities**:
**Process Design and Optimization**:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement optimized production workflows, layouts, and equipment designs to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
**Equipment and Technology**:
- Design and procure manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures as required.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Implement quality control processes to ensure products meet required specifications and standards.
**Product Development Support**:
- Collaborate with design and R&D; teams during the product development phase to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new designs.
**Cost and Resource Management**:
- Analyze manufacturing costs and develop cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
**Qualifications**:
**Education Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
**Experience**:
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and manufacturing tools/systems.
- English Advanced
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
