We are looking for a Billing & Collections Analyst to ensure that Webflow customers are provisioned the correct entitlements in a timely manner. This role is essential for managing and optimizing the provisioning process, ensuring that our customers have access to the services and features they have purchased at the time their contract starts.

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Billing & Collections Analyst, you'll




- **Manage Customer Entitlements**:Accurately provision and manage customer access to Webflow, ensuring timely delivery of entitlements and addressing any discrepancies.
- **Account Administration**:Handle account setup, updates, and deprovisioning processes while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, RevOps, Customer Support and Engineering to streamline provisioning workflows and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to enhance provisioning processes, implement best practices, and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
- **Billing and Collections Support**: Partner with the Billing and Collections teams to support customer billing and collection efforts, ensuring seamless integration of provisioning and billing processes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

- 1+ years of experience working in a customer service environment
- 1+ years of experience working in a technology company
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English
