**Essential Responsibilities**
- Adaption of legacy designs to leverage modern manufacturing processes.
- Contributing to root cause analyses of failures.
- Developing best working practices in collaboration with the controlled title holders.
- Capture, standardisation and delivery of design standards and methods to empower the general team.
- Communicating within supplier and customers as required to support the business objectives.
- Occasional international travel to suppliers and customers as required.
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Master degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering focused on steam turbine technology.
