**ROLE**
We’re looking for someone to support Koti’s marketing, branding, and digital hospitality as we expand across Mexico and beyond. This person will help us craft a world-class brand and digital experience across multiple locations — with many more to come.




Koti launched in January 2024 and currently operates two flagship locations in Roma Norte and Condesa, with our third opening this July. In just a few months, we’ve built a vibrant and growing community of over 40,000 clients — and we’re just getting started.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Setting the marketing strategy and being accountable for growth objectives
- Developing our flywheel and content for our user base
- Working to ensure we scale our brand in a consistent manner
- Responsible for our digital strategy and executing on marketing initiatives
- Responsible for directing marketing team
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years in marketing, with 2+ years in leadership.
- Experience in wellness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. Demonstrated results orientation.
