Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Maintain accurate data on vendors, costs, and lead times across all raw materials and embellishments.
- Track supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, responsiveness) and flag risks or delays.
- Coordinate sourcing of materials to ensure timely availability for production.
- Monitor WIP (work-in-progress) and production status at internal and external facilities.
- Support cost analysis including landed cost breakdowns and margin impact reporting.
- Collaborate with Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve delays and streamline workflows.
- Prepare routine reports and dashboards on production status, PO tracking, and capacity utilization.
- Assist with sourcing calendar and critical path tracking from product development through delivery.
- Maintain sourcing and production databases and trackers using Excel or ERP/MRP tools.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sourcing or production coordination, preferably in apparel manufacturing.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, conditional formatting); ERP/MRP system experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual - fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
