**Internship Description**
During your **internship**, you will learn how to:
- Analyze Data**:Support the collection and analysis of HR metrics**to understand trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Document Processes**:Assist in drafting and organizing HR processes**to help ensure clarity and consistency.
- Support Projects**:Collaborate on HR projects**, such as employee engagement initiatives and process improvements, under the guidance of experienced team members.
- Coordinate Training: Help with the logistics and materials for **training sessions**while learning about planning and coordination.
- Communicate Internally: Draft basic **communications related to HR**initiatives and gain experience in corporate messaging.
- Engage Employees: Contribute to **planning employee engagement activities**and collecting feedback through surveys.
- Use HR Tools: Learn to navigate and **support HR software tools**, including helping colleagues with basic troubleshooting.
- Support Compliance Efforts**:Assist with tracking compliance**with company policies and HR regulations.

- $2,940 gross pesos per week
- $250 food voucher per week
