Job Summary
What a typical day looks like:
- Design and implement a tiered AI education framework with progressive learning paths for different roles and proficiency levels
- Develop engaging learning content on AI fundamentals, use cases, capabilities, and responsible AI principles
- Partner with business units to customize learning curricula for specific domains (manufacturing, supply chain, etc.)
- Establish metrics and evaluation methods to track improvement in organizational AI literacy
- Create certification programs to recognize and validate AI skills development
- Coordinate with external training providers and academic partners for specialized AI education
- Collaborate with the AI Champions program to support their development and effectiveness




- Stay current on AI trends, capabilities, and educational approaches to continuously refresh learning material

- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective learning programs at enterprise scale
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible learning
- Experience with learning management systems and digital education tools
