Our client is launching a manufacturing operation in Salinas Victoria, Actual León, and is seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Manager to build and lead the Human Resources function from the ground up. This role will partner with corporate leadership to develop and
execute HR strategies, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws while fostering a
strong organizational culture in a dynamic plant environment.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on
manufacturing environments.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as an HR Manager.
- Proven experience in plant startups and manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR compliance.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (fluent in both spoken and written communication).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs and
employee relations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategic HR Leadership _
- Partner with the Chief HR Manager and CPO to develop and execute HR strategies
aligned with business goals.
- Prepare and manage the local HR budget in accordance with the Annual Operating
Plan (AOP).
- Lead strategic HR projects as assigned by corporate leadership.
- Develop and implement the company’s compensation and benefits plan in
Mexico,
ensuring market competitiveness and performance-driven incentives.
- Implement workforce planning strategies to scale and meet operational demands
efficiently.
- Ensure HR policies align with both corporate standards and Mexican labor
regulations.
E_mployee Relations & Labor Compliance _
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all employee relations matters.
- Manage labor union relations, ensuring compliance with union agreements while
fostering a cooperative work environment.
- Promote a positive and collaborative work culture, enhancing communication
between employees and leadership.
- Oversee quarterly and annual performance management processes to support
employee development.
- HR Operations & Compliance_
- Provide HR analytics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement employee development and training programs aligned
with business goals.
- Maintain records of employee training to ensure compliance with regulatory
requirements.
- Lead local culture enhancement projects to drive employee engagement and
retention
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month
