**Requirements**:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of B2B or international collections experience.
- Advanced English (daily interaction with U.S./Canada clients).
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
