**About the Role**
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Junior Scrum Master who is excited to learn and grow in an agile environment. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to support agile teams, develop leadership skills, and help deliver high-quality software solutions.
**What You’ll Do**
- Support one or more Agile teams in delivering value through incremental development
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Help identify and remove blockers that affect team progress
- Assist the Product Owner with backlog refinement and story readiness
- Track team metrics (like velocity or burndown) and help interpret them to support team performance
- Encourage team collaboration,



accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Learn and promote agile values, principles, and best practices across the team
**What You Bring**
- 0-2 years of experience in a Scrum Master, project coordinator, or Agile team support role
- Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
- Interest in team dynamics, facilitation, and coaching
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using tools like Jira or Confluence (or excited to learn them)
- A growth mindset and passion for learning new ways to support teams
**Nice to Have**
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or similar) or willingness to obtain one
- Exposure to software development or tech environments
- Familiarity with agile metrics or team reporting
