What will you do?
- Analyze, optimize, and digitalize administrative and operational processes within the prefab department.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements related to performance tracking, planning, order management, cnc programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, planning, finance, warehouse, external suppliers and MD, to develop and implement digital solutions.
- Lead and manage business excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational waste.
- Utilize data analytics and process mapping tools to monitor performance and ellaborate visualization dashboards.
- Implement industry trends in manufacturing digitalization and business excellence to be applied in the sheet metal department.
- Standarize and automate data sharing with external suppliers.
What will you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Knime, Tableau) and process automation software (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix).
- Familiarity with SAP, SieOps
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in the sheet metal manufacturing industry.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) is preferred.
- Experience in process improvement, digital transformation, or business excellence within a manufacturing environment.
