We are seeking a highly experienced and bilingual **Controller** to lead financial operations, reporting, compliance, and oversight across our U.S. and international operations. This role is essential in ensuring regulatory compliance under **US GAAP** and **IFRS**, managing internal controls, and producing timely, accurate financial information to support key decision-making.
**Requirements**:
- **
10+ years of experience** in accounting, financial reporting, and financial operations, preferably in a multi-national or regulated environment.
- ** CPA certification** (Certified Public Accountant) is **required**.
- Advanced understanding of **U.S. GAAP** and **IFRS** accounting standards.
- Proven experience managing**financial audits, reconciliations, tax compliance, and collections**.
- Strong knowledge of**banking systems**, payment platforms, and trust account oversight.




- Experience with**SAP accounting software** (must).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in** English (C1+).**:
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST
**Work Modality**: Hybrid (must be able to work U.S. Central Time)
