**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to promote our employer brand and attract talent.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:
- Customer Service Experience or junior recruiting experience or entry level.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
