**_Relevant experience in Record to Report. Role & Responsibilities: _**
**_Prepare late adjustments Prepare Legal entity financials for statutory and tax reporting in pre-agreed templates _**
**_Prepare standard trending and variance analysis including first level commentary _**
**_Prepare financial reports to internal stakeholders for filing / submission Prepare Intercompany Eliminations Participate and Support Support special projects / system migration Perform Acquisitions /Capex, Capitalized projects, Depreciation & Impairment, Disposals, Adjustment & Period end Fixed assets _**
**_Perform Banking and cash management, Interest & dividends, Adjustment & Period end treasury Perform periodic returns (VAT,



Intrastat), Adjustment & Period end Taxes Prepare reconciliations Perform month-end activities _**
**_Prepare Business unit reporting package _**
**_Prepare Financial statement presentation & disclosure Manage Adjustment & Period end Inventory _**
**_Reconcile and manage intercompany transactions, intercompany differences, intercompany netting Prepare Adjustment & Period end Payroll Desired _**
**_Qualifications:_**

**_ Bachelor’s degree in finance and commerce / Post Graduate / Qualified CA / CMA (CPA Equivalent)_**

**_Good exposure in Record to Report domain with relevant years of experience_**

**_Working Experience in multiple ERP, (preferably including SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, MS Dynamics etc)_**

**_Must have good communication and presentation skills -_**

**_Ability to handle client discussions Good Interpersonal skills,_**
