**Who are we?**
**Job Purpose**:As the Supervisor II, Quality, you will be responsible to enforce the quality of the product as guided by the product design and engineering teams. This position is responsible to communicate the voice of the customer to the proper departments to make the feasible changes.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:
In order to grow and build a successful career at The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:
- Train, motivate and supervise 8-10 quality technicians within the 24/7 operations.
- Ensure equipment and tools are available for the product verification along the manufacturing process until its release.
- Communicate product quality results on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to internal and external leadership team.
- Manage non-conforming material and any containment actions to ensure no escapes of non-conforming product ended at the customer’s sites and/or mitigate damaged after an escape is identified.
- Lead problem solving activities throughout the facility.
- Lead KPIs/Metrics with staff.

**What do you need?**
**Job Qualifications**:
To be considered for this position, an individual must meet the following minimum requirements:




- Bachelor's of Science in Engineering concluded with 5-6 years of experience in a quality supervisor position.
- SPC Charts experience.
- Experience with measuring equipment such as calipers, vision systems, optical comparator, etc.
- Excellent customer service.
- Communication skills at all levels.
- Microsoft Office.
- ** English language proficiency. (Second round interview will be in English)**
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Extrusion process experience.
- SAP.
- Lean / 6 Sigma Certified.
- Start up experience.
**Other Job-Related Components**
- This position requires international traveling.
