**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements for various industries
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
- Perform financial analysis, and prepare written communication and deliverable packages for clients
- Communicate bookkeeping and payroll matters with clients
- Meet and consult with clients regarding accounting, tax, and various operational matters
- Assist in onboarding new clients and regularly communicate with existing clients
- Research and participate in implementing new technologies designed to elevate firm operations (as requested)
- Build a professional network and promote the firm's services for future growth




- Actively speak up and contribute to creative process improvements and service opportunities
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Attributes:
- **3-5 years** of experience
- **Bachelor’s degree in accounting** or related field + Customer/client service experience
- Genuine curiosity and a “can-do” attitude
- Teachable and open to feedback
- Commitment to continuous professional improvement
- Organized and able to work independently
- Clear **verbal and written** communication
- Demonstrates professionalism in managing schedule and work priorities to ensure the work gets done accurately and on time
- Other Requirements: Limited time off during tax season (January 15 - April 15)
- Conduct accounting research as needed
Pay: From $30,400.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 3 years (preferred)
- US GAAP: 1 year (preferred)
- Quickbooks: 1 year (preferred)
