Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Finance.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Cost Accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, BAAN, and/or JDE).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Solid knowledge of Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and general Finance operations.
- Experience in evaluating investment projects.
- Skilled in preparing financial forecasts and budgets.
- Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience in team leadership and personnel management.
