We are seeking an experienced **Senior Java Developer**with expertise in **Azure**to join our team.
In this role, you will work on designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. **Responsibilities**
- Write, enhance, and maintain high-quality Java code, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Develop and execute unit tests to validate code quality and ensure reliability during development cycles
- Conduct thorough code reviews to improve code quality, identify bugs, and maintain coding standards
- Adhere to best practices, including code reviews, continuous integration (CI), and unit testing, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth project progress
- Contribute to estimation and planning sessions, providing insights on timelines, technical feasibility, and resource requirements
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Stay open to learning new technologies and tools to enhance your skill set and contribute to the team’s success
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Java development within a commercial setting
- Strong knowledge of JUnit for creating and executing unit tests to ensure software quality and reliability
- Expertise in designing and implementing back-end microservices and REST APIs for scalable and maintainable systems
- Familiarity with SCRUM methodologies, including active participation in agile ceremonies and collaborative project management




- Proficiency in developing and executing unit tests to ensure code reliability and identify potential issues early in the development process
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher), with excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation
**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and troubleshooting in distributed systems
