**How will you make an impact in this role?**
Key responsibilities for this role are:
- Support the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies tailored to the needs of employees in Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all four countries
- Conduct frequent market monitoring to ensure benefits competitiveness
- Collaborate with Colleague Experience Group teams locally and globally to align compensation and benefits programs with the company's strategic objectives and frameworks
- Support the oversight of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and pension plans, among others
- Provide guidance and support to Colleague Experience Group teams and leaders in the different business units on compensation and benefits matters
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations proactively
- Participate and provide market,



regional and international insights to global projects
**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within a multinational organization
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices and regulations in Mexico, Argentina, and Brazil
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in using HR systems (Oracle, People Soft, or similar) and compensation analysis tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams
- Results driven, self-manageable
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
