**Overview of Role**:
**The HR Jr. Specialist supports daily HR operations, assisting with employee records, recruitment processes, and HR compliance tasks. This entry-level role provides foundational HR experience and development opportunities.**
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
- Coordinating perfect attendance events
- Help with employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR team members
- Assist in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Experiência y requisitos
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of HR experience (internships included).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR functions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
