Job Title: Talent Supply Chain - Lead
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and engineering roles, including software development, cloud, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, and architecture.
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to understand staffing needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
- Use various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, job boards, referrals) to source and engage with passive and active talent.
- Collaborate with global TA teams to align recruitment processes, tools, and reporting.
- Provide data-driven insights, market trends, and hiring metrics to leadership for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior role.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles, stacks, and hiring trends in the Mexico and LATAM markets.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for senior-level and niche tech positions.




- Expertise in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for general tech firms or consulting environments.
- Familiarity with Corp-to-Corp (C2C) hiring models and visa requirements.
