Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Process Engineer Manager, the Process Engineer role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- Understand the manufacturing SMT
- Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
- Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
- Develop,



implement and take ownership of process control methodologies
- Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
Experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Strong Knowledge in NPI & Mass Production.
- Advanced English.
- Process Development.
