**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Strategic Support Analyst** to join our team. You will support internal teams and strategic initiatives through data handling, CRM updates, customer follow-up, and operational support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and project data.
- Support strategic projects by organizing information, following up on action items, and preparing reports.
- Use Excel to analyze data and present insights in a clear and actionable way.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of ongoing initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of AI-powered tools and workflows.




- Support internal communications and documentation processes.
**Requirements**:
- **Medium English** (spoken and written).
- Experience in **customer service** or client-facing roles.
- Proficient in **CRM systems** (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar).
- Strong **Excel skills** (data organization, formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Interest or curiosity in **AI tools**, automation, or data analysis.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a team player.
