Learn English Sjr is a fast-growing online English school dedicated to supporting Latin American migrants living in English-speaking countries. We are currently hiring **fluent and experienced English teachers** (native or non-native) to join our remote teaching team.
**Availability Requirements**:
Availability from **6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. CST** is **mandatory**
**Morning shifts** may also be available for additional hours
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons online (via Zoom)
- Adapt teaching methods to suit adult learners from Latin America
- Provide feedback and track student progress
- Use digital tools (Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.) to manage communication and materials
- Create a supportive, inclusive, and professional learning environment
**Requirements**:
- 100% spoken fluency in English (native or non-native)




- Previous experience teaching English (online or in-person)
- Reliable internet and comfort with tech tools
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be available from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Central Mexico Time)
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience teaching Latin American adults
- Basic Spanish skills
- TESOL/TEFL certification (preferred but not required)
- Creative, dynamic, and empathetic teaching style
