**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a highly visual Design Engineer to supercharge both our Client Ops and Go-To-Market initiatives. You’ll move fluidly between web design, growth/branding assets, product UI, and front-end build-outs, often coding what you design to ship at startup speed.
You’ll collaborate directly with GrowthX clients on revenue-critical projects, while carving out time for internal prototypes that may spin off into standalone products. If you’re a designer-builder with agency roots, big ambition, and a love for variety, you’ll feel right at home.
This is a fully remote position with ~4 hours overlap with U.S. Pacific Time for live collaboration.
**What you’ll do**:
- ** Design & Build** - Craft and code responsive landing pages, templates, and UI components.
- ** Client Collaboration** - Lead design reviews with client stakeholders,



translate feedback into rapid iterations, and demo live builds.
- ** Internal R&D; & Growth** - Prototype new microsites, AI‑assisted design workflows, or micro‑products that can evolve into business offerings.
- ** System Design** - Work directly with client design systems and help develop our own.
- ** Quality & Accessibility** - Own pixel‑perfect execution, performance, and WCAG compliance across everything you ship.
**You might thrive here if you**:
- Have **4+ years** designing and building production‑quality web or product experiences.
- Show a portfolio that balances **world-class aesthetics, clarity in interaction, and shipped code**.
- Are fluent in **Figma** and at least one front‑end stack (React, Next.js, Webflow, or similar).
- Enjoy juggling brand storytelling with conversion‑focused growth design.
- Communicate and facilitate crisply with clients and teammates—async docs, Looms, live workshops.
- Love the blank‑canvas energy of early‑stage work and naturally turn ambiguity into prototypes.
- Bonus points for_: strong motion/3D skills (Lottie, Spline), gen‑AI tooling experience, or prior ownership of a brand/design system.
