STATEMENT:
The Analyst, Operational will be in charge of managing the agency's costs and profitability through reporting tools, managing resource charges and managing the agency's internal rates and quotes.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generation of quotes for all projects that come to the agency.
- Lead daily meetings with the team in order to balance team workload.
- Management and updating of the agency's services catalog every quarter.
- Analyze financial data and createfinancial modelsfor decision support.
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
- Work closely with FP&A; team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing vigente results with plans andforecasts.
- Internal resource management for optimal and efficient use in each of the projects.
- Guide thecost analysisprocess by enforcing current procedures.
- Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.
- Conduct analysis and market research to support internal financial analysis.
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends.




- Analyses the needs of the agency customers and determine how operations can be altered in order to best meet the customer's needs.
- Help manage external vendors such as printers, photographers, etc.
- Have control of requisitions and purchase orders of material for the agency's internal consumption
- Support in making annual forecasts for the agency's clients.
- Making reports for agency projects.
- Filling out requisition formats for services by external vendors.
- Follow-up on payment release to external vendors.
Job Qualifications:
Skills:
- High proficiency infinancial modelingtechniques
- Strong fluency in excel formulas and functions
- BA or BS degree required (Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics)
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills.
- Results-driven, fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines
- Effective negotiation and conflict management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
**Experience**:
- 3 years of business finance or other relevant experience
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Marketing (with experience in cost management)
- Bilingual English and Spanish, (minimum 95%)
- Experience working in a direct selling or multi-level marketing company
