- **Summary**_
The Quality Manager role focuses on ensuring product quality and compliance within the automotive industry. This position involves managing a team, implementing lean methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Manager will ensure products meet customer expectations, adhere to industry standards, and optimize processes for quality and efficiency.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise a quality team, providing training, guidance, and in-floor presence to maintain high levels of performance and engagement.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement quality control processes, monitoring quality from raw materials to finished products.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections, addressing customer complaints, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality and lead improvement projects.




- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess quality performance.
- Present quality trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, especially IATF safety regulations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years in quality management roles within the automotive or metal-mechanic industry.
- Experience managing teams of at least 10 people with proven achievements in team-building and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management standards and methodologies, including IATF, ISO/TS 16949, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong focus on quality management, process optimization, and customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with IATF safety regulations.
- Advanced English proficiency.
