- Develop & Assure Quality Culture on products and processes
- Identify and implement effective process control systems to support the development, qualification, and
on-going manufacturing of products to meet or exceed internal and external requirements

- Facilitate and promote the use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause
analysis and successful corrective actions
- Ensure performance & monitoring KPI’s related to Quality processes
- Monitor & implement corrective actions regarding audit results
- Monitor & implement corrective actions regarding customer claims
- Create FAI (First Article Inspection)
- Perform duties in accordance with quality system requirements as the voice of Quality Product
- Take an active role in all QA associated communication including continuous improvemen
