We're looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our Pay-Per-Call team. Your main mission will be to be the **guardian of our call quality**, ensuring everything runs perfectly and that our data provides the key insights for our campaign success.
**What You'll Do in This Role**:
- **
Listen & Ensure Quality**: Dive into a high volume of recorded calls, evaluating and logging key information according to our quality standards. Your ear will be our best ally!
- **
Detect & Report**: You'll be the first to identify any anomalies or quality issues in calls, from duration to potential connection failures or content problems.
- **
Analyze & Document**: You'll keep our quality reports updated in Excel/Google Sheets and document every finding, providing us with valuable information for decision-making.
- **
Collaborate & Support**: You'll work closely with the QA team and account managers,



sharing trends and assisting with ad-hoc tasks that help us optimize our operations.
**What We're Looking For**:
- **
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets** (filters, sorting, basic formulas).
- **
Fluent in English** (spoken and written) is a must. If you speak Spanish, that's a big plus!
- Availability to work **standard USA EST business hours**, Monday-Friday.
- **
Impeccable attention to detail** and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable listening to extended call recordings and identifying key context.
**Extra Points If You Have**:
- Previous experience with **Pay Per Call marketing** or working in a **performance marketing agency**.
- Familiarity with terms like CPA, CPL, conversion rate, margins, and quality score.
- Prior quality assurance or customer support experience.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently within a remote team.
