**Mission**:




The **RPA Developer** at rocket code will analyze, optimize, and automate business processes through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and workflows. This role aims to standardize operational processes, eliminate redundancies, enhance efficiencies, and deliver measurable impact through innovative technological solutions, ultimately contributing significantly to cost reduction and operational excellence within the company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyze current business processes (As-Is), identify improvement areas, and design optimized workflows (To-Be) using best practices in RPA.
- Develop automated solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent, ensuring compliance with internal quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and controls to enable effective process monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Gather requirements from internal business units, conducting meetings to analyze impacts, scopes, and potential benefits, proposing optimized solutions that meet client needs.
- Analyze and streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and determine root causes to define clear improvement actions, reduce turnaround times, and enhance resource efficiency.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams, offering support during and post-implementation phases.
- Create comprehensive and clear documentation detailing process improvements,



configurations, and implemented workflows.
**Requirements**:
**Technical Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, focusing on process automation via RPA.
- Strong practical knowledge in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and software development languages (.NET, Java, Python, etc.).
- Experience with systems integration and workflow management.
**Preferred Certifications**:
- UiPath UiARD Certification (preferred).
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Effective teamwork capabilities, including accurate time and effort estimation and planning.
- Proactive communication and ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to implement and manage KPIs, process improvements, and task optimizations.
**Language Requirements**:
- Spanish: Native or fluent (mandatory).
- English: Intermediate level (sufficient for technical documentation and basic communication).
