Position Summary
The ECN trainee will be responsible for learning how to manage ECNs in the manufacturing process; they must be able to understand the requirements of the position and perform their functions within the established parameters to ensure compliance with quality standards. They must have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining effective communication skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand the different types of ECNs (Engineering Change Notice)




- Assist in the creation of ECNs
- Monitor the implementation of ECNs
- Follow up on the status of ECNs
- Control access to ECNs
- Create records of ECN training given to operators
- Update and monitor ECNs using ERP software
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
