- Coordinate the transport and delivery of goods.
- Find ways to reduce costs in transportation, warehouse, and logistics.
- Supervise the team, give training, and help them reach goals.
- Make sure all work follows laws, rules, and industry standards.
- Negotiate with logistics providers for the best terms.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with Annex 24 system.
- Handle certifications and permits for the IMMEX program.
- Manage and keep records of trade documents like invoices, import/export files, and shipping papers.
**Experience and requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business or related field.
- Knowledge of supply chain, export/import, customs, and logistics providers.
- 2-5 years of experience in management and proven leadership.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
