**Internal Communications Specialist**
**About the Role**
Development and execution of the internal communication strategy for Mexico and Central America, driving activations, events and communication for various business areas as manufacturing, human resources, marketing and innovation.
**What You Will Do**
- Responsible for developing and executing the internal communication strategy for Mexico and Central America.
- Support for local internal communication events.
- Support in the execution of campaigns and events for manufacturing.
- HR Business Partner for the development and execution of local internal communication campaigns related to Employer Branding, Talent Attraction, Diversity & Inclusion, and Culture.
- Support for brand communication.
- Management of internal communication and translation agencies.
**Who You Are**
- Professional in Corporate Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience designing communication strategies in consumer goods manufacturing companies, advertising agencies, or public relations firms.




- Knowledge in endomarketing and social media strategies.
- Skilled in developing written content (excellent writing skills), graphic, and audiovisual materials.
- Advanced English level.
