Responsibilities:
- Import of new material numbers, and establishment of basic information (mode of incoming and outgoing goods, storage environment, etc.) in the system.
- Deepen cooperation with customers (including BU and CMI suppliers) to promote RMA reverse logistics and other businesses.
- Expansion of value-added services in warehouses, such as heavy industry, sorting and relabeling.
- Handling of aged and defective products.
- Coordination with customers (including CMI suppliers) to coordinate the process of returning goods to the port.
Billing Processing:
- Classification and verification of billing report data, such as storage service fees and storage fees, and tracking rate approval by BU.




- Statistics and summary of billing data for value-added services in warehouses (heavy industry, sorting, relabeling, IQC, etc.).
- Assisting customers in handling billing exceptions.
Improve customer satisfaction:
- Assistance in handling large exceptions and customer complaints.
- Maintenance of relationships with customers, with implementation of a mechanism of periodic visits.
- Customer satisfaction survey through monthly and quarterly return visits, with a satisfaction rate of over 95%.
Pay: $10,197.16 - $21,160.22 per month
